George Mutuli is the Principal Partner at Mutuli & Monari Advocates LLP, where he uses his extensive experience to develop innovative legal strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of his clients. He is a member of the Kenyan Bar, a Commissioner for Oaths, and a Notary Public. His attention to detail and dedication to his work have established him as a trusted professional.

George holds a Global Master in International Sports Law from ISDE Law & Business School (Madrid, Spain), a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Honours from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA - Nairobi), a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and an Executive Certificate in Sports & Entertainment Law from Strathmore Law School (Nairobi).

With vast experience in transactional law and dispute resolution, and with additional focus on niche areas like sports and entertainment law, George uses his expertise to address the legal challenges facing clients and stakeholders in the market and contribute to the improvement of the legal framework in Kenya and beyond.

Natasha Monari is a Partner at the firm, recognised for her exceptional drafting skills and strong foundation in legal research. She is a dedicated Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, having been admitted to the Bar in 2019. Additionally, she is as a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.

She has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree with Honours from the University of Nairobi, a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is a Mediator; certified by the Mediation Training Institute (MTI East Africa) and accredited by the Kenyan Judiciary - Mediation Accreditation Committee (MAC). Presently, she is advancing her expertise through a Master of Laws (LL.M) program at the University of Nairobi, specialising in Intellectual Property.

Natasha possesses extensive experience in areas such as Conveyancing & Real Estate Transactions, Commercial Transactions, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Estate Planning, Children, Family and Succession Law. Her commitment to professional development is evident through her active participation in relevant committees, seminars and workshops, ensuring that she remains at the forefront of legal advancements. Furthermore, Natasha is dedicated to advocating for legal reform and promoting access to justice within her community.

Augustine is a Regional Policy Expert, an Adjunct Lecturer at Tangaza University and formerly a Lecturer at the Centre for Social Justice and Ethics - CUEA. He possesses a multidisciplinary academic background that includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree with Honours from Makerere University (Kampala, Uganda), a Bachelor of Philosophy and Religious Studies from the Urbanianum, and a Master of Arts in Peace Studies and International Relations from the Hekima Institute of Peace Studies and International Relations-CUEA. Currently, he is advancing his expertise by pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Transformation with a specialisation in Governance at Tangaza University (Nairobi).

In addition, Augustine is a dual-qualified Advocate, licensed to practice in the Courts of Judicature in both Uganda and Kenya. His expertise encompasses Human Rights, Social Justice, Social Transformation, Project Management, and Governance. Through his advisory role and instructional activities, Augustine is committed to fostering a culture of justice and equity within society.

Gordon Oduor

Gordon Oduor is a member of the Kenyan Bar. He holds an LL.B. (Hons) degree from the University of Nairobi, a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from the University of Georgia (United States). He is also a Mediator; certified by the Mediation Training Institute (MTI East Africa) and accredited by the Kenyan Judiciary - Mediation Accreditation Committee (MAC). He is a member (MCIArb.) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the International Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the ICC Kenya Commission on Arbitration and ADR.

Gordon’s work experience spans across the academia and legal practice, with a background of a multifaceted dispute resolution expertise (mediation/arbitration/litigation), in both the common law and civil law jurisdictions.

He is a lecturer at Strathmore Law School, and a trainer for various organizations including: Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre (SDRC), the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA), the Kenya School of Law, and the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC). His legal and international arbitration practice experience spans across East Africa (Nairobi), North America (New York), the Middle East (Abu Dhabi), and Western Europe (London), having practiced in all these jurisdictions.
